He might actually have a title that says Titles in the old days weren't as accurate or vetted as they are today, you see it more in the 50's and older cars than 60's cars though.

There's a 65 fastback that appears for sale occasionally, the VIN starts out '4T09T…' he's been trying to con some goober into buying it as a fastback prototype for years. It's really just a low-option 65 fastback, basically an incomplete roller last I saw.
